John just finished power washing the house where mildew had formed because the sun does not get to that side.....and it looks like new siding. All the dark spots and yuk are gone. Told me cleaning solution was a "secret" family receipt, but whatever, it worked. So pleased with his work and highly recommend.

I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. John and his partner were just finishing up a job at a neighbor's house here in Batavia. We had just been discussing finding someone to clean out a clogged downspout on the gutter of our house. We have a walkout basement, which means you need a 3 story ladder to do the job! I spoke to John as he was loading up his ladders. He took a quick look and quoted a reasonable fee. I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! John was incredible he responded to FB inquiry within minutes he scheduled my siding power washing service within hours and then when I had a conflict he rescheduled me for the day BEFORE! Then the service was incredible I have not had my aluminum siding cleaned in 20+ years it looks brand new AND he cleaned my drivit which usually no one will touch for anything and my house looks freshly painted within an hour for a fraction of the cost. John is delightful. I highly recommend him and his power washing services.

Contacted J&J regarding gutter cleaning and almost immediately heard from John in reply. An appointment was made for the following day and he came out as promised. John quickly got to work, and within the hour he had not only completed the job at hand, but gave free estimates for pressure washing my home and painting my windows in the near future. He even made the time to clean the gutters of a neighbor across the street that saw my work being performed so quickly and professionally. Job well done on siding cleaning. Prep instructions given such as moving items close to building, put cars in garage or further away from house, close/lock all windows etc. Highly recommend them, easy to work with, insured, bonded & got great results removing algae, green spots on siding.
